At Gelish NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail supplies, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unopened, unused, and within the 14-day purchase window to ensure they meet our health and safety return standards.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with the RA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit back to our Auckland warehouse.

• 4.
  Send and Process

  Ship the package using a trackable service; once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
